Votes Not Counting

Hi, I had a member e-mail me asking why she is voting everyday but on the site it is showing -0- incoming votes. I went to her board and made an incoming vote and still half hour later nothing showed up, so I went in and I done a manual rerank and still it is showing -0- incoming votes for her. Can someone help me with this please? Thank you in advance :)

I'll need more info. Your top list, her account ID, the link code she is using. Please provide and I will look into it for you.
