Incoming hits are how many visitors a site has sent to your top list using their link code. Outgoing hits are how many visitors your top list has sent to the site.
Just want to know.
Are incoming hits counted on visitors visiting ones site from anywhere or only from the toplist itself?

Ah, I see. So nothing is counted on the toplist from "normal" visitors when they're visiting a site. Only if they click on the toplist button or click a site from the toplist.
Or do I get it all wrong, lol.
You have it exactly right. The only way people move up the rankings of your top list is by their visitors clicking your button/link. So, it is in their best interests to place your button/link in a highly visible place on their web site which means more traffic for your top list![]()

No Problem
