My top list is locking up when I try to save changes. Rerank/Apply Design locks up. Then I am locked out for extended time period. New people can't save their listing when they try to create a new one. I don't know what to do. Sent support tickets with no answers. I have a new advertiser today and can't even ad her banner at the top, save it and apply design.

Can anyone help me with this?
