    Script Blocking Approve/Decline/Delete

    Greetings!

    I have a member application with a script in the banner area. It's blocking my ability to approve/decline/delete the application. It is also blocking 5 other newly registered members apparently in queue, but they aren't appearing on the Approve Member Accounts page.

    The problem application is #380, Celtic Wiccan Coven.
