It would be big fun for some of the members around here to add their own avatar images on their profiles.

Is there any way you may reduce it? like 100x100 pixel?
This is why I never enabled avatars.....
phpBB is supposed to limit it to 100x100 but obviously that's not working. You'll have to resize the image.
