    Question about ranking

Hi I am wondering why my rankings just went to 0. I haven't visited the manager site or my top 100 site in about a week or so (I was away) and today I checked it and looks like everyones rating went to 0  I guess there have been a few hits since that. :?

What is your toplist URL? It is probably set to reset every 30 days... that is the default.

Yes, it looks like that is the case. Every 30 days it will reset all incoming and outgoing hits to 0.

How do I change it so it doesn't do that every 30 days?

    1. login to your account
    2. click on top list setup
    3. click on "quick setup"

scroll to the bottom where it says...

"How often would you like your top list to reset all incoming and outgoing hits to 0?
(Enter a value in days, enter 0 for never)"

in that box change the default setting of 30 to a 0

scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "save"
