I understand if it obvious when we check out our member sites not to allow them.

I suspect this is something that's not going to be obvious unless they get large numbers of click throughs.

This is one of the things we are currently addressing in the new system we are working on to auto detect sites that try to cheat and use autosurf or paid traffic.
we will be launching this into beta testing within about a month.
