how can I get ppl who sign up to auto youse my "advert" that a link comes with it and the pic in tha mail?

when ppl sign up there sites they get a mail with intructions how to add the site I want this banner for use in also, how can I add it to the mail :?:

Ah, ok I got it now. You go to Advanced Setup then click Approval Options under the Members heading. There, you can edit the welcome email that people receive when they join your list.
