Auto List Update Not working

Dave,
I have noticed for several days now, my top sites list is not automatically updateing at the time intervals I have it set to.
Only way it updates is when I do it manually.
Like I did manual update this morning at 6:43 and it was supposed to update automatically at 7:18.
Did not update yet and the below update information I just now copied from my list.
It seems to be stuck. :?
Any help please.
