Your toplist is very energetic and creative looking!! I hope you have great success with it. You asked how to promote it? I surfed the traffic exchanges for several months, inviting blogs that fit our criteria. Once we reached 100 members or so, blogs started applying for admittance. I don't have to hunt for them any more.

Her banner is done so it has a transparent section at the bottom, with just the purses showing. Very neat, and far beyond what I know how to do with my Paint Shop software. I'm trying to learn, though.
