The above is a direct copy from the page that comes up when I hit meta tags. The linktext looks editable (it has a button to edit it, I just don't know what it is)
You can just delete that linktext - I am not sure where it would have come from unless you accidentally added it. All new top lists have nothing for meta tags by default so it should be blank except for anything you may have added.
