Adding Image to "Trick" page

LOL!! I don't know what else to call the page.

Where do I add an image to the page that says "click here if you were tricked into this site" (or something like that)?

Hi Maria,

It is called the gateway page

You can find where to edit the gateway page by clicking advanced setup.
