Just join background and button problem

Everytime I tell it to put a background or button for peole to use it doesn't change it on my topsite. What file types and sizes does this except?

You can use PNG, GIF, JPEG, JPG files. The maximum filesize is 60kb which should be more than big enough.

Everything seems to be working - you can see that I set your background image. Did you click the "Apply Design" link after setting your background? If you don't click that, then you have to wait until the list reranks next to see the changes.
