In the last 2 days, I have declined something like 15 or so blogs in what I think is Italian. The first sentence of our Rules is that the blog must be in ENGLISH!

I'm still getting the Italian applications, although not as many as it was at first.
Can you leave a couple in your queue and let me know?

I'll leave them, but I really don't think it's the same site over and over, although I did notice that several were from the same person. I'll just let them build up for a few days so you can see if there is a pattern.
Can't really see a pattern so far but I put an IP address track in there so I can see where the signups are coming from.... if I find it's the same one, I'll put a ban on them.
