Block of Ads

Can someone tell me how to add the block of ads?

If your talking about what i think your talking about... you'd need to add the codes into the footer.

(adds/links that apear at the bottom of the webpage?)

I tried to create a button in paypal, but it's not showing up when I paste the code into the Header/footer, and list breaks? Can someone please help! I got an image for the button designed, but I just need it to link to paypal somehow. Thanks!
