Not all members of our top sites wants a banener/logo listed.
If they do, they must provide a valid URL for the image for it to be listed on your top list. You can always check their banner/logo images in your management.
And as Dave wrote, the default size is 50x50 (very small). You might want to change the size and weight of allowed image sizes for your members.
