date format

I apologize for my not good English.
My date format in the Top is:
Sun, Jul.06.2008 2:21:13 AM
My real time is:
Sun, Jul.06.2008 11:45:13 AM
ops: I tried to change the date format but I have not been able.
Can you help me?

The date format is for changing to format of the date.

For example from: Sun, Jul.06.2008 2:21:13 AM

to: July 6, 2008

It can't be used to set the time to your local time. That will always be the Server time.
