I recently signed up with my own topsite list here. (Which I love the service, BTW...it blows all other topsite servers out of the water!)
Anyhow...a member is trying to change her banner, but it does not show up in the list. It shows up in the administrator account, but not on the list....I even tried to change it for her myself.
I did check the dimensions, and it is larger then my maximum width/height settings, and it is 139 kbs in size. Is this the reason the banner won't show up in the list? (I'm sure it is, but I wanted to check with you guys before I give her an answer.) Thank you for any help you might offer me. :-)

I suspect it's probably because the lists were not re-ranking this morning but that has been fixed now so your problem might already be fixed?
Anyway, give me her ID and the dimensions of the new banner (so I know which one is the new one) and I'll have a look
