I believe it happened last week as well as two weeks ago. And, I did check with my topsites, it looks fine to me. But I really don't know why other members or anyone stated that on the main page of my topsites, it took them to wait like 2 or 3 minutes to show up, you know such pics, banners, etc.
I'm just guessing but it could be one of the banners taking a long time to load... I'll keep an eye on it and see if I notice anything.

Sorry, I don't really understand the question.
I use Firefox and IE both to check lists all the time and haven't noticed any issues at all. Perhaps there is a banner on your list that is slow to load? Your list still loads very fast for me.
