My Own Top 100 Ads & Sponsors

I have upgraded to the AD FREE site. Now I would like to know how to place my own ads. More so, I would like to place a banner for my sponsors at the top of the page and I cannot figure out how to do this. Please advise. Thanks =)

You will need to create subscriptions through PayPal for each ad spot and copy the code from PayPal to include in the code for the top of your site.
