    Angry Support Ticket since August, where is the Customer Service

    I have had an unanswered support ticket lodged since August, I have sent 3 follow ups and still no reply through the support ticketing system.

    I am really PEEVED. You are showing ads on my Top Site when I have paid for them to be removed. They have been running for months.

    I hope that you see my post on here and fix accordingly and email me your response.

    You're not the only one. I've sent two support tickets and still haven't gotten a reply. I too paid for No Ads on a $12.00 special for the year. I recently received an email stating my subscription has been cancelled. I can't even update my site and some of my customers have been deleted. I have paid ads on my site and I'm starting to get disgruntled emails. I love the new look and all, but it still has a lot of bugs. I just need to connect with someone who can fix this...but no luck yet...

    I still have NOT received even a common courtesy email
    If you do not answer me by end of month, I will be canceling my Top Site with you and going elsewhere.
    Why change things that are not broken

    I too have had this issue. I want to make changes to one of my directories rankings options and I continue to an error message. I have sent two Support Tickets and have not heard anything back.

    I'm in the same exact boat. (I was also cancelled.)

    I did get a reply about the $12 a year thing

    At first I was told
    It was a promo by the previous owner of the site. (Giving me the poo poo)

    I protested the fact that I made an agreement and it was the only reason I re-signed up!

    All they said was there was no promo code in setup in the system for that.

    That was all I got, nothing about my other issues!

    I submitted a report about this to http://www.ripoffreport.com/ .

    I tryed to submit one the the Better Business Bureu, but that wanted an address. You can't find one anywhere on the site.
