    Exclamation Ranking/Comments Problem

    I don't know what the deal is, but it won't allow me to enable this. Every-time I press on the option labeled, "Comments/Ratings" under Advanced Settings, it says that this file doesn't exist. I would like to enable this option, but I don't know how to get around this.... problem. It keeps saying Fatal Error and such. Will y'all please help?
