Why arent the members i have approved to join showing on the list ?

I have approved 3 people so far and they are not sshowing up on the list can someone please help me to work it out

You may have it set so that sites will only show on your toplist with at least one vote. If you want all sites to show regardless of having votes or not, you can change it by going to Top List Options, and setting the Minimum Incoming Hits to 0 (zero).

I am having this problem. I have 2 members but they are not showing up. I went in and changed my setting to 0 hits like you said but nothing. Please help me get this resolved.

go to your manager login and edit design and scroll down and click on apply design. That's how I reset my top site. Hope that helps.

Still did not work. Is there anybody active on here. It is a shame that there is a service offered here, but there does not seem to be a support admin to help. I sumitted 2 different support tickets for something else and NEVER got a responce. I did all that this forum said to do and nothing has worked.
I just would love to get some real help... I joined and am part of this top 100 hosting for a purpose. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Sorry that didn't work, you reset it to 0 and apply the design and nothing. Must be a server error then. If you don't mind I would like to see your top list to get a better idea.

Hi advertise, I receive your message and I didn't mean you to give me your password, lol. All I wanted was to look at your site homepage. But good news, I figure out why your site members wasn't showing, it's because your top site limit was set to 0. I change it to 100 and you can change it to whatever you like.
