1. Why aren't any members showing up on my list?

This could be one of two reasons. First, you may have to wait for your list to re-rank before any changes are seen, this includes new members signing up. The lists re-rank every 30 minutes (unless you have set this to something else). Second, you may have minimum incoming hits set to something other than 0. If you have it set to 1, for example, new sites will need to send 1 visitor before their site shows up on the list. If you want all sites to show regardless of whether or not they have sent any visitors, set this to 0.

Go to "Advanced Setup" and click on "List Breaks". Here, you will need to add the following code to your header.

3. Why isn't my banner showing up?

4. Why isn't the change I made to my list showing up?

When making changes to the look of your top list, you either need to wait until the list re-ranks to see the changes, or you will need to manually re-rank your list.

5. Why does my banner look funny?

When you add your banner, you need to specify the proper width and height, otherwise it will default to 50x50 which does make most banners look rather funny.

6. How do I change the title of my site?

Click "Advanced Setup" and then "List Options". Here you can change the title of your site.

7. How do I edit the Gateway?

Click "Advanced Setup" and then "Gateway Options". You can enter text or html to be shown on the Gateway. You cannot change anything else about the gateway, it takes on the design of the rest of your toplist.

8. How do I add a banner or ad to the top of my list (or how do I edit the header)?

You will need to edit the Header of your toplist. Click "Advanced Setup" and then click "List Breaks". Here you can edit the Header, ad html after any of the rankings, and create a footer as well.

9. All the sites disappeared from my list. Why?

Most toplists reset to 0 hits in and out every 30 days. This is the default, and it gives everyone on the list a fair chance at getting a good ranking on the list. This default can be changed. If you have minimum incoming hits set to 1 (or any number other than 0), then when your list resets, none of the members will appear until they have sent that number of visitors.

10. I have 20 sites but only 10 banners are showing! Why?

Most top lists choose to only show banners for the top 10 sites. This encourages members to send more visitors so they can be in the top 10. If you want to change this, log in to your admin, click 'Advanced Setup' and then click 'Member Banner Options'.

11. What do "Hits in" and "Hits out" mean?

Hits In is a count of the number of visitors a member site has sent to your top list since the last reset. Hits Out is a count of the number of visitors your top list has sent to that member's site since the last reset.

12. How do I put those "Your Ad Here" boxes on my list to sell advertising?

This is not a feature that is a part of the Go Top 100 system. This is something that people have started doing on their own by adding an html table to their top list containing the ads, and using a payment system like PayPal to accept payment. We don't have a problem with people doing this at all, but it is not something that we provide support for.

13. How do I add a banner for people to use to link to my top list?

Go to "Advanced Setup" and click on the "Your Banners" link under Design.

14. How do I delete a member from my list?

Click on the "Member List" link, click "edit" beside the member you want to delete, and then click the "delete" link.
